Hosted Buyer Programme Terms

By submitting this form, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful. I understand that:

(1) Hosted Buyer status and support packages (hotel, transfer, dinner) are subject to approval by WEX 2026 organisers and are not automatically guaranteed upon form submission.

(2) Confirmed Hosted Buyers are required to attend the full 2-day event (July 17–18, 2026) and complete a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled B2B meetings to be eligible for full accommodation and support benefits.

(3) Withdrawal within 30 days of the event without valid cause may result in recovery of accommodation costs incurred by the organisers.

(4) My personal data will be processed by Liven Technology (Vietnam) and Citrus Media (Singapore) solely for event management purposes and shared with exhibitors only for the purpose of meeting facilitation.
